Autologous Exosomes — Cellular Regeneration from Your Own Blood.

Exosomes are microscopic vesicles — essentially intercellular “messengers” that transport genetic instructions in the form of messenger RNA from one cell to another. They “tell” cells which proteins to produce, activating healing, repair, and regenerative processes.
Although all cells can produce exosomes, platelets play a key role in regeneration — especially in skin repair. This is why the procedure begins with blood collection and plasma extraction, followed by several specialized steps to create a powerful, concentrated regenerative “cellular elixir.”

How does the procedure work?

Blood collection – 40 ml of venous blood is collected from the patient.

Centrifugation to obtain platelet-rich plasma.

Platelet activation – using a microfilter (microlizer) that “simulates an injury.”

Exosome release – platelets release billions of active exosomes.

Concentration – using special PRX tubes and an additional centrifugation process.

Injection – the final volume (approximately 4–5 ml) contains up to 12 billion autologous exosomes, which are injected into the desired area.
