The procedure consists of:

1. Exfoliation –пThe first step of Derma Clear involves a combination of alpha hydroxy acids (ANA) and beta hydroxy acids (BHA) that gently exfoliate and remove surface dead corneocytes, improve cell turnover and clean clogged pores.
2. Cleaning – dirt and accumulated sebum are removed from the pores by painless suction using a vacuum under pressure. In this step, salicylic acid is used, which is oil soluble, this contributes to its effective penetration into the pores. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and reduces sebaceous secretion, which helps in the treatment of acne. The serum also contains carotolin (a peeling agent) which causes the top layer of the skin to peel off.
3. Hydration – after deep-tissue cleansing, it helps the skin recover faster. The hydrating properties of this step are due to vitamin B3, a component composed of important coenzymes that play a role in hydrogen transfer and slow aging. Topical application of nicotinamide (vitamin B3) increases natural moisturizing factors, such as fatty acids and ceramides. Nicotinamide stimulates the production of new fibroblasts by 20% and collagen secretion by 54%.
