Medical microneedling with Amiamed Revive + mesotherapy with exosomes

Medical microneedling is a non-surgical method in which collagen formation is induced through controlled microinjury of the skin and products are simultaneously introduced at the dermal layer level.

Medical microneedling produces up to 150 pricks per second with needles that penetrate up to 2mm deep, unlike cosmetic needling which is used for the more superficial layers of the skin. The fine needles form microchannels in the skin through which active ingredients enter.

Exosomes are small vesicles (membrane bubbles) that are derived from stem cells or other cells with high regenerative capacity. They contain and transport a variety of biomolecules, such as proteins, lipids, growth factors, RNA and DNA fragments, which penetrate the skin much more easily. Exosomes slow aging by promoting intracellular communication, reducing inflammation and stimulating collagen and elastin production. Extreme temperatures, sauna and steam bath, direct sun exposure or UV rays should be avoided after the procedure and for the next 24 hours. The use of make-up and products other than those prescribed by the specialist should be avoided. The use of sun protection is mandatory!
