What is a Plexr plasma generator?

Plexr is a plasma generating device that is used in aesthetic medicine to perform non-invasive procedures. In Plexr non-invasive blepharoplasty, the doctor uses the device to create an area of ionized air (plasma) on the upper or lower eyelid. This causes the skin to shrink and wrinkles to smooth out, resulting in a younger, more refreshed-looking eye area. How is non-invasive blepharoplasty performed with Plexr?
