Return and Refusal Policy

1. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from a pre-paid service within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the service has not commenced.

2. Exceptions
– Where the service has already been fully performed (e.g. an examination or procedure), the right of cancellation does not apply.
– If the client has booked an appointment and has not turned up without prior notice (e.g. 24 hours in advance), the amount paid may be forfeited as a penalty.

3. Cancellation procedure
– The customer must send a written cancellation request to dr.filiannafilipova@gmail.com or via the contact form on the website.
– Refunds will be made in the same way as payment was made, within 14 days.

4. Service Vouchers
– Cancellation is only possible if the voucher has not been used and the application is submitted within 14 days of purchase.
– No refund is allowed after use or partial use of the voucher.
