⚠️ Before the Treatment

• To ensure optimal results and minimize the risk of bruising, please avoid:
  alcohol
aspirin (Upsarin)
ibuprofen
  for at least 24 hours before the procedure

 Aftercare

For best results, we recommend:
Avoid sauna, steam baths and sun exposure for 24 hours
Do not lie down for at least 24 hours
Avoid touching or massaging the treated area
